1. You have to change your tv model in service menu (to 6500 or other, where pvr exists)
2. You have to let smarthub update using regular DNS.
3. You have to install samygo to allow ftp
4. You have to use DesTroy app to descramble recordings to be used on PC or other TV.

IMO you can change languages using PC`s media player (vlc player or so), but here is not possible to change main language of PVR recording.
