Help needed to make TV discoverable on Network

Hi all,
Need a bit of help with a Samsung UE46D8000. Everything seems to be working fine with it apart from being able to stream to it through the Allshare software.
I have it connected to a Belking PlayMax router wirelessly. I can access the Smart functions and the Web through the browser. I have the firewall switched off on the router and have allowed access through the Windows firewall. (have tried switching this off too).
I have 2 PC's both running Windows 7 Ultimate, both running the Allshare software - neither can see the TV.
I have 2 android HTC phones with the remote apps on - again neither can see the TV.
When I go into the Allshare App on the TV I can see the router although nothing is available from it.
I have updated the TV to 1025 firmware. I have restored it back to factory settings. I have done everything I can possibly think off but still can get access. Its really starting to annoy me.
Any help will be gratefully received!
