It looks like I am inventing the wheel. I had some fun reversing latest version of emulator's webkit yesterdays evening. Today I decided to google if someone did the same and found this forum. If someone also wants to know initial vector(IV) it is the second 16bytes of the secret key:

Hi guys.
I tried this for decrypting EMPlist.js.cmk with keys in the first post , and got this Warning and finally a bad decrypted file !!!
am I wrong? or the key is deprecated really?
Note that I'm very very nobe in openssl and don't know anything about it
