PS50C450 Problem After Firmware Update -Plz Help

Hi we live in ireland have a 50" samsung plasma ps50c450 ,
after we updated to latest firmware ,sceen is displaying redish in areas
any ideas to downgrade the firmware (ther firmware did have sumting to try fix redish in sum peoples ,but now i have a problem when before i didnt)
latest update was T-TDT5DEUC_1024.1

Calibration is not the answer. I have the same problem. The model has a option called "Alternative Software (backup) but for some reason it doesn't seem to work.
I can't believe we are all ruining our plasmas with T-TDT5DEUC_1024.1 and nobody can do anything about it.

Alternative firmware means previous active firmware before firmware update was performed. If there was no firmware upgrades previously - alternative firmware does not exist on tv and option is greyed out. Some fw disable alt firmware option at all.

Hello guys sorry for up this old theme, but i have the same problem with my ps50c430a1w tv.
i have updated firmware T-TDT5DEUC_1024.1 and my tv screen started redish.
i havent alternative firmware.
i have 2 questions:
1 is that posssible to hack this firmware and downgrade firmware?
2 If it possible, can some one make me a guide (or share with files) how to do it?.
