How to instaal usb on UE55D7000 ?

Hello can somebody my helpen .
I have on e Europese samsung smart tv UE55D7000 , with this software T-GAPDEUC-1025.1 .
My problem is : when i want to wacht some movies ( MKV ) streaming from my Western digitaal book live, my TV does not reconize this file.
But the same file whem i play it from one USB device ,play it without any problem .
How can i instal samygo USB on this tv ?
