Hello. I have a ue32d4003bw. I installed the latest firmware T-MSU4DEUC-1010.0. Touch something unnecessarily and now the remote works only some keys. I can not turn off the TV in standby mode so constantly unplug and restart. Info ? menu ? mute ? power es imposible. So I can not start the hotel to change values. mute - 1 - 1-9 - ok not work for me.
anyone have the solution? thanks

solved. Press EXIT kept during 15s and tv turns off in standby mode.
