I recently updated my tv to 1027 and now the red light woulnt turn on anymore or react at all. Any ideas would be apprieciated

Had you done anything out of the ordinary before updating? Like changed the model type of the TV in the service manual?

Yes, but it has been running fine on the 6500 model, it power cycled and was used all day without issue, then i plugged in my 3tb hdd and it worked fine, but when i shut the tv off the red light never came on
