Button "record" doesn?t work

Hello,
I have got the TV UE37D5720 and I have got a problem. The button "record" doesn?t work. Is it possible that this option isn?t activated and how can I activate it? Or is it impossible to record with this TV?

Thanks for the answer.
But I still have got two questions.
How can I "alow remote controlling via network in your TV's settings"? Will it be automatically offered when TV and PC are connected to the same network or what have I to do?
And when it will work and I have recorded a short sequence will I be able to play it on my PC or ONLY on TV?
