No coments not necessarily means your help request is ignored. Currently no new ideas because of that...

as long as you can see the service-menu make notes how to do it "blind" and change the panel-type back to original, if no one with the same model can give you the original value you have to try, but image may get worse so you'll habe to remember the order of buttonpresses...

Hi mack72 the LVDS FORMAT is setted on JEIDA but nothing change,strange things are:
1) changing the model type 3D option has appeared on the standard menu
2) changing again model to an ultraclear type I got the corrupred image
3) coming back to the previous type nothing changed
4) switching to 3D option and adjasting the parameters the image became normal (vey strange)

I tried with all the combinations of Front Color but withiut success.

It means that the type of a matrix you`ve set 100Hz, and yours is 50Hz. It is necessary to set the correct type. To what the type costs now?

Thanks a lot mack72 to have moved the post under the correct section. Well I have tried to select the 50R6F0E type, where 6 should mean 50hz, but nothing change, I am starting to feel discouraged, above all becouse my wife and my children are pushing me to solve this damage.

Hope the solution will be different from bringing the set to the assistance point.

Hi mack72, accessing my UE50ES5500 with ruSamsungTVCommunicator was fine, service menu structure exactly the same as shown on the post, settings have been copied (I believe) in the right way, factory reset made, but the problem still persists. Anyway I solved the some little adjustments and switching to 3D option the picture is good. This point is very important for me, it means the tv is not compromise, I must insist the solution should be close.
