Hi there,
my BD-P3600 won't load anymore. It's stuck in some kind of load process.
The player freezes after pushing the power button and the display says "LOAD"
Same issue as described on Samsung Support Page
Reset by pressing FF button on the device doesn't work.

Any chance I can fix this without Samsung's repair service?

cold restart by unplugging from wall for 10min and then try FF

Didn't work either
