please how to repair touch panel of LA32D403

hi everyone, I bought a Samsung LE32D403 TV and to my surprise I realized it does not play videos with flashdisc and then I read in the forum that could change the model on operating Info, Menu, Mute and power is what I did, so I changed the model ld450 operation is successful the TV recognizes and plays video but my biggest disappointment touch buttons does not work anymore I tried to reset the parameter, but the problem still persists, please if someone could help me I would be grateful. thank you

Still the problem persists
I changed the type by accident and I do not remember the original type maybe that's the problem?
LA32D403 USB MOVIE PLAYBACK?

Folks, I have a LA32D403E2 and am quite curious how to get the LD450 model in the service menu. My only options are LD403 and UD4003. Could a LE32D403E2 firmware upgrade resolve the above?
