Hi Guys,

i have an 46ES8000, and want to get NetPlayer up and run with IPTV from my local network, my TV isnt rooted.

i found NetPlayer via a widget server but when i start up NetPlayer i get alot of static image and cant do anything with the software.
do i need to root my TV for getting it working, and if i want to load my "custom" xml in does that require root aswell?

hope someone can lead me on the right track :)

cheers

yes, netplayer is ok, but I recommend the nstreamlmod player:

It already supports ES series TVs/BD. Nice feature here is you can put logos on channles, switch change audio tracks on streams, EPG.
