B6000 flash image is smaller than original one which has widgets directories.
And there could be also some programmatic constraints on Firmware (exeDSP) for make them hide even if their files exists.

Instead of "flashing" you can just try to boot B7000 firmware from USB via uboot.
B6000 fw does not have required plugins because smaller flash size at TV hardware.

B6000 and B7000 are not "same" but similar. So firmwares might be compatible but B6000 has no much space to store B7000's Firmware.
