Is it possible to swap the main board in a UE40D5500 to an other from an UE40D6000 ? I have the 5500 and I can get two D6000 boards for free. These D6000 boards are 2 kind for other type of displays.

if you can get it for free, then worth to try. I mean first you have to visually compare does connectors sockets are same. If yes, then big chance you get all working.
