You need to enter Extended Service Menu.

You don't need root, but only to unlock "extended" service menu (where option is ungreyed), check wiki for how-to.

Thanks for quick reply. Can't get my TV into extended service menu. I played the wav in iTunes and adjusted the IR Blaster several times, but the TV won't blink.

try with VLC and increase volume to max. To enter "unlock" Extended Service menu TV has to be ON and source has to be selected TV.
Or if you have any smartphone with build IR blaster you can use app SRC Samsung TV

Thanks, managed to access the extended menu. Used another app to play the .wav-file. Also I had to replay the second part of the wav (3speed) to finally access the extended menu.

I use samygo hack over 1,5 years.

My tv gets stuck and restarts by itself only if i play video for first time ? Second playback and next playbacks working fine.
If i change something in title of file, TV recognize file as a new one and i have same problem. Factory reset solved issue, but after few months it starts again.
Re-rooting doesn't solve problem, only factory reset of TV which is pain.

Maybe some cache problem in mnt folder, maybe i need to clear some history, i don't know ?

Hi there, I've made an donation and this week i found the time to take care of my tv.

So everything worked for me like it is written down in the donors group. Root works with my Firmware, Telnet and FTP too. Now i can decrypt my recordings with the "samyGOPVRDecoder" app and copy the recordings to my PC. Skype works too like a charm. Now I'm waiting for the oscam-guys for the 6000er series. Thanks for everything!
