For F7000 I bought a Samsung VG-KBD2000 wireless keyboard.
I have two major problems with it:

1. The keyboard layout doesn't fit with any of the languages that I can choose in the TV's keyboard menu.
2. The touchpad part of the keyboard behaves itself very badly - practically I cannot use it. It seems as it was electrostatically messed up. The touch pad of the TV's remote works fine, so I think the problem is not my electristatic condition

Any idea how could I solve any of these?

Tell me in detail what you mean by this:

Do You bought this keyboard new or second hand? Do You can add a photo of keyboard?
What is Your country? What firmware You have, stock, custom?

If it was used earlier it is probable that the previous user sold it for that reason.

If it's new give it to warranty in the store where you bought it. Maybe version of keyboard is not for your region/country?
