prompt user for CODE when turning tv on...

hi,
I'm new.
just bought Samsun ue37es5500.
yes, there is parental lock for digital programs but not for analogue and i still have some of those programs.
what I need is a way to prevent my kids from watching too much TV.
is there a way to make TV prompt user for CODE BEFORE TV turns completley on?
