Hopefully somebody can help me, I am after the latest firmware for my HG46EA790MS, I have been in contact with Samsung and I seem to be going round in circles,

I am having issues with the 3D side of the tv, which I have been told is Crosstalk/Ghosting

I have attached a screenshot of my firmware version, which I believe is:

T-MST10PDEUCB-1010.2
T-MST10PDEUSB-1009
