UN40EH5000 Original Settings / Firmware / Software

Hi!
I just reseted the EEPROM of this TV but now I have the following message every time I turn on my TV: "Please go into service mode and setup below options. -Type, Local Set, Front Color Option"
Now the TV has a different model (LE40E0), no HDMI sound, it lost FullHD resolution (now the max is 1366x768), no TV tuner and the service mode says the TV is from Europe and I cannot change it.
Please help me, I want my TV back!
