Caching for Webbrowser

Hi,
as we all know, the Webbrowser is closing down after a while of webstreaming videos
its due to its lack of a cache
can you do put a cache or an own modified webbrowser with cache support (and maybe updated Flash) with combination of an extern HDD ?
