Unable to change countries in the Country list

I just purchased the E32F6400 and I ve managed to root it thx to the detailed instructions
My mistake ... I did manage to change country to UK
Now that I have full acess to the TV via ftp is there a way to access the folder where countries are stored in TV and add countries that I want like UK or USA etc...
