Merry Christmas, folks!

I can't determine which category my display falls into. Here is the info:

Samsung 460UT-2
Model code: LH46CKQLBB/ZA
Date: May 2011

I thought it was C model after '46' but a quick search in your forum turned up 0 result. Please help me out with these:
1. If it is supported, point me to the right direction
2. If not supported, how should I proceed.

Thanks!

try to find some kind of production date or original purchase date.
and try to enter service menu (info, menu, mute, power when tv was powered off)

Good call, beatfreak!

I tried your key combo on the remote but it didn't work. Then I tried this combo, [MUTE] [1] [8] [2], which is key combo for ES series (for North American models) and Service Menu came up. Edited part: Future reference for other folks, the way to enable Service Menu is 1) turn off via remote 2) press key combo 3) turn on by pressing physical Power button on the back 4) press Menu on remote

Here is more detailed info:
L-CK46MWWAF-1001.0 11.03.29
L-MARSWWS-1003
These 2 lines were shown next to main menu (not under particular submenu). By looking at it, I am pretty sure date of manufacturer is March 29, 2011. Orig. Q: which series it falls under?

I was looking around submenus and found that WatchDog is also enabled.

Thanks again!

oh, silly me...
i just googled your Modelnumber (LH46CKQLBB)...
this is not a tv
but only a 46" PC-Monitor, well, a quite puffed one :D

interesting that it has a remotecontrol and a service menu....
and a whole bunch of connectors http://images.samsung.com/is/image/sams ... ad-Source$

you should try some more of the key combos especially the hotel mode stuff...
but as it has no tuner there will be no option to export a channel list which is part of the hacking process...
but i think there is a chance that it has some kind of linux-os too...

@ the MODs: this thread should be moved

Ahh..ok. I should have been more clear in the first place. I think the series is UT. It falls into "ultra thin bezel" category of displays and it is LCD. If you look at the picture in the link you posted, there are 2 DVI connectors, DVI-D Dual Link only. One is for input, the other is for daisy-chaining another 460UT-2. You can chain up to 100 units as one large display but you gotta have the software from Samsung. But I am pretty sure you can use it as standalone TV via HDMI input.

I will see what I can do with it and let people know what I find. But am I right to assume that I cannot upload modified firmware such as SamyGo? Have a good evening!

well, if there are fw-updates for your device AND it has an os like the one the TVs are using then you can upload modified firmwares, the only problem with this would be that no one has modified that fw yet :)
and to be clear: even if you connect your set-top-box / bd-player with tuner to your monitor via HDMI, it will stay a monitor / displaying device, all the "TV"-stuff happens in the set-top-box ;)
but as it has even LAN and USB Ports it must be a quite "powerful" monitor though
