Samsung UE40EH6030 USB port problem

Hello all,
I purchase before 2 months a Samsung UE40EH6030 and everything worked like a charm.
Today i tried to plug a usb dongle to see a movie but my device cannot see it. I try 5 different usb sticks without any luck.
I plug my mobile into usb port and my mobile charges so that means that usb port have power and not totaly dead.
Any recommendation before ask service to check it ?

I forgot to tell that in my computer the same usb sticks working.

have you changed somehing in service menu maybe? If not, then possible hardware failure. Check for local service man.

No i never enter in service menu. Can i somehow check from service menu if usb is alive?

just saw that my tv uses 1016 firmware and a newer one called 1017 is online.
When i try to update my tv online via wifi my tv searching and said that no update found.
Can i update the newer firmware through network ?

Yes we know. In newest firmware for this series they added rooting BLOCKING code
