The DNS does not work for the above player. Do you have the downgraded firmware and how would I be able to install it. I have downloaded version 1006 but cannot install it via USB as all it says is that it is already up to date on version 1013. I would like to downgrade as PLEX keeps disconnecting and I want to test to see if it rectifies the problem.
