Hi guys. In my f5300, vitual usb shows SMB shares but inside is empty! anything mounted. If i access via web interface to start/stop scripts and run samba script, then everything is mounted! Anny help????

Clear up a doubt: about all advises I already given, did you reboot TV after each time you modified Samba script?

Maybe!!!!

if not, you have to try again everything, it is a startup script which is never executed again until you request it.
It is not possible to help you if you don't try to understand a bit what you're doing...

I asked him to manually start the script from the telnet. It (according to him) doesn't give ANY output That's what's strange IHMO

Maybe wrong end of lines? (Windows instead of Unix)

But he says that script works when it is launched through test.cgi, so it must be something else...

Yes launched through test.cgi, shares are mounted successfully.

Anyway, if shares are mounted but empty, that means script is launched on startup...
Now you have to try again from the beginning what I already suggested, and REBOOT TV each time you modified script.

-fixed server
-launch script twice

Ok donne after REBOOT TV each time y have modified script. But not works....
