Remote Control/ Access

Hi,
as we know Samsung Support can take control of our Smart TVs, they can see your settings and change them, if you need their support in any remote situation.
It is accessable with a code which the TV spits out.
It could even be possible, that they see current screen like Team Viewer.
anyway
i wanted to ask you if it could be possible to write your own widget for samy go and a PC Software (or even again a TV App) that can have remote access to our TVs
it would be a really nice feature that at least i could need help.
