Nope. SamyGo doesn`t support C series samsung. (Yet...?)

The "C" series got more protection against running unauthorized code. Firstly, the "ExLink"-Port had been removed. So you cannot use any of the ExLink-Debug methods to get into the device. Secondly the content management had been removed. So you cannot run any of the tools/libraries. Even if they would work.
Potentially there are debug methods, but yet unveiled.
If you want to help, you might open the device, and make some very good hi-res pictures from the board. Maybe it can be seen, where to connect the ExLink. Also JTAG interface might be of interest.
