Help please with ps50c490b

Hello everybody

Ive only just joined so im a bit of a noob around here.

im looking for some firmware etc for my ps50c490b3wxxu

i cant seem to find my model anywhere in the tables listed here -

am i looking in the right place?

can somebody point me in the right direction and give a little help.

ive managed to get into the "hotel menu" it says i have a model pc490

any help or info would be much appreciated.
