With T-RBYAUSC 1012.2 FW, It's possible to enter linux shell of your TV via ExLink connection. It's also possible to enable NFS mounting. So you can play movies from Network. I don't know if it's possible with your Firmware version. But that's all. THere is no big gain for A series. Sorry. Search on forum for your model and find what you could...
