Advice with my Samsung UE40H6500 please

I hope i have put this in the right sub forum.
I am having problems with my TV in that it keeps blurring everytime something on screen moves for i would say is about 2 seconds and its starting to give me sore head.
i have all the settings set to off as was told by someone to do that but its still doing it.
also when there is something black on screen it looks like the black is in fog so it looks a bit gray.
so i have turned down the brightness and still its there and also the contrast but with no join.
i always though Samsung was good with flat screen TV,s but im not sure now after the problems with my one.
i have my Virgin media TIVO box via HDMI into the tv.
any advice on what could be the problem please as i cant sort it after trying for what seems to be weeks in getting the settings right.
