C630 - possible to disable changing inputs etc?

Friend of mine's renting their apartment, they would like to "lock" their tv to sort of a store showroom kind of setup, where it's locked to a given input and you can only change tv channels, volume, but not a whole lot more - is this possible/doable? if so, can someone explain how to do that? thanks.
