UN55F8000 trouble

Hello, I have an F series 55" led TV. Recently all HDMI ports became unresponsive, reporting "no signal, check cable..." Cables were swapped, devices were switched, still nothing...I attempted a factory reset from the service menu but made no progress. Since then all smart hub video apps when streaming have an awful magenta-like color....YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, etc... Broadcast TV appears fine...I would greatly appreciate anyone's input on this with either issue....thank you...
