connect refused

Hi all, I installed in my 6270 samygo went all fine now skype does not work anymore.
I can not connect in any way remotely with telnet using ftp with error connect refused.
I have no antivirus or firewall.
What can be?
for my hardware and software works samygo?

This method doesn't work on fw T-MST12DEUC >= 1120 (yours is 2102.2)
