Samba with UE40H6470

Hello
I want me a UE40H6470 buy. It is important to me but I can't give you back via smb media files. Now I have read that this is possible with SamyGO. Is that also in this model and what are the requirements?

The requirement is to disable OTN Support in service menu

and what does that mean? I still have the TV I purchase would like to know before just like if I can play my files to and how.

To get ANYTHING from your TV you have to protect it from (unwanted) firmware upgrade
If you don't disable OTN Support yout TV will AUTO upgrade and you will loose a chance to have ANYTHING on your TV

but there is then a firmware for the UE40H6470 in the Samba shares can be played? I have to admit, I've only just found the project and yet long not track.

There is (or will be) a lot of goodies for your TV (including Samba shares support) but NOTHING will work if you don't disable OTN Support

well, that you must switch off the automatic update is always so understandable. It is important before making a purchase for me only that this TV with new firmware at all on Samba can access shares. Where can I find the correct firmware? I think I had the whole time overlooked.

What you are looking for is called SamyGO and not "correct firmware". And there is no point in looking for "it" if you don't disable OTN Support. Every minute with OTN Support set to ON get's you closer and closer to having NEVER SamyGO
