Please, I need a patch to turn Picture Off

Hello!
My UN40F6400AG is with firmware 2126 and it is current updated. I use the browser to listen to internet radio stations for hours. I realized that if any Smart HUB app is in use, the Menu / Image / Picture Off function is not available. Please, I need a patch which will enable the TV to turn the screen off while using the Smart Hub apps or a shortcut on the remote control to put Picture Off.
