Request for free Samsung widget app

Can someone help me get an app from Samsung servers which is supported by f and H series tvs? I got old C series and its not available from the Samsung apps store. App is called Pickbox and is available in Croatia. I wanna try install it thru develop account.. Hope it works like many other apps did.
