Download apps from Smart TV to PC

Hi,
I e.g. downloaded Nstreamlmod to my Samsung Smart TV. If I add new apps, the old ones are deleted.
Is there any way to download my apps to my PC?
Or as alternative: If I do have an IP from a website, can I download the apps to my PC?
I want to add new apps with Sammy Widget at once to my Samsung Smart TV, that nothing will be deleted.
