[Solved] UE40H6670 doesn't find all Hotbird 13? channels

The scan mode option is not available choosing to scan all satellites. Choosing to scan Hotbird 13? only, it's possible to switch the scan mode from quick to full.
Now all the channels are memorized.

I've got an UE40H6670 (FW T-MST14DEUC-2130.0,BT-S/G), model with a built-in sat tuner (single feed to Hotbird 13?).
After an auto tuning, the number of Hotbird 13?channels is lower than before.
Even with a manual tuning it's not possible to memorize them, although the network is detected and the signal ok.
In the auto tuning menu, the scan mode option is lowlighted, set to quick and, if I choose it, a message tells me that it's not avalaible.
Maybe I don't remembre well but I think to have use it set to something like full scan, after the first installation for getting all the channels.
Has anyone experienced something like my trouble?
Could tha scan mode option help me to solve the problem?
Please, could me anyone tell me if I'm wrong and the scan mode option is always not available?
Last chance as containment action, has anyone a Hotbird 13?full smc file to import in my TV?
