Hi i recently aquired a samsung UN46H6201AF-XZA and ive learned how to access the service menu and turn off the auto update. I understand you are in the process of working on this new H series tv. I am a donor and wanted to know is there anything i can do with this tv? im willing to be a tester if needed thank you michael mires

maybe someone can shed some light on this situatiion for me. im wanting to gain root access on my samsung UN46H6201 here are the specs for it. T-NT14MAKUC-1112.1 FW:3054 TCON Ver:F46A1F00A. i was following the directiions in the rooting forum, but i dont have skype on my tv and it wont let me DL it either i have a usb flash drive ready to go, formatted as FAT32 can someone pls help me

yes i tried that but i dont have skype on my tv and its not on the apps list either

ok welll can someone please tell me HOW to install skype? does the tv have to have a built-in camera in order to have skype? this tv has no camera in it

I found it in Smart Hub>Apps page>Categories (down on the screen)>Lifestyle.
I don't know for sure if Skype will work without a camera, but I assume it will because it's not only intended for video calls but also for voice calls. Try and let us know

i looked all through the apps page, and no skype to be found anywhere.... i even tried downloading it from the skype website using the tv web browser, when i click on the download link, a message pops up saying "unable to download"

If your TV is smart TV, you have to check samsung apps store and install skype.
