I used it on my samsung smart tv H6200, this scart output for wireless headphones (audio out scart adapter and RCA-jack), with TV programs all ok, the TV speaker volume is adjustable by remote control while the headphone volume is adjustable headphones themselves that the two volumes are independently adjustable (what I wanted).
But unfortunately with movies from usb headphones do not work.
I can not understand why.

Scart outputs audio/video from internal tuner(s) only, it's totally normal behavior. Nothing can be done.

The output optical cable I can take audio from USB source.
