Hi,

I am trying to root my tv mostly to be able to see if I can install additional software ( installing a SNES emulator would be cool ) . Anyway as a first step I did try to access this page but I get an access denied.

If anyone can help either by providing access or writing the steps required this would be appreciated.

Not sure rooting your TV will help you in turning it into a gaming console, that's not the purpose.

Anyway, H rooting is not reliable for HU models for now, you might check regularly this post until you see something else than "H-series only MST models for now".

Well. Rooting / getting a shell would be a first step. I don't see any issue afterwards in installing at least the most common emu's. But anyway lets see how to get the shell... that is the hard part.

yes sure we need dumps. If you have root access then this will not be the problem for you. Have you?

I am just at start. I just donated today so once i get access to the restricted forum i will try to get that going. I am not sure this model is even root-able. It is the last model on the market before the tizen versions come out.

Anyway, let's see, i will try anything I can think of and provide any help / testing you guys might need.
