Hi,

Since few months i have a problem with my es7000. When i turn on tv, then after few seconds start smarthub i see :

a) 'connecting' and turning wheel in right upper corner... and nothing happens
b) my smart hub is upgrading.... it takes about 5-10 minutes (even if it update one day ago)

I thought that was a problem with some app, so i delete all of them (smart hub ask me if i want to delete app from all my account, i select YES to all of apps)

I even make a new account....

It still remember my apps and install all of them (21 apps). What i have to do to make my tv forget apps that i install long time ago and delete them.


Reset smart hub from settings menu don't resovle this problem, after accept regulations smart hub is updating and downloading apps......

It is very annoying becouse i for example i want to turn tv and make a skype call.... but i must wait.... 5-10 min. becouse smarthub is updating again and again....

I've also tried make 'reset smart hub' from service menu :-/

Could You give me some advise in this case ?

Just go to this topic viewtopic.php?f=50&t=7544
First download T-ECPDEUC_SECUSB_0000.zip file. You can downgrade the firmware to 0000 with it. Next download T-ECPDEUC-2009.2.exe. This is the latest firmware which worked fine for me.
