Hello!
I have a ue55f8090 tv with fw: 1118.0
rooted under the new root method.
telnet and ftp access I have to the tv I wanted now OSCAM install after [HowTo] compile oscam
now when I sudo su Enter H to work as root user, nothing happens it only comes back VDLinux #>
what can this be?
can someone help me?

when I type only su I get an error message
su: can not chdir to home directory ''
what am I doing wrong?

You're already root, no need for su

why can not I create the folder / opt / toolchain?
It then comes the error
mkdir: can not create directory '/ opt / toolchain': No such file or directory

because there's no /opt dir, try /mnt/opt/toolchain (and without spaces around slashes
)

Anyway if you plan to install a toolchain I guess you won't have enough space. Install toolchain on your computer then cross compile

are you crazy? Do not build ANY toolchain on your TV, use linux PC or vmware linux image instead.Tv`s shell is used only for internal things like patches, scripts etc.
