I've read the post but probably because the lack of knowledge I have some doubts.

I've been loking what is MST, but I don't know what is MST. My TV model is Samsung UE46ES6900 LED 46" Full HD 3D Smart TV

If my TV suites the MST requiement, I wonder which "fake EDID" method shoud I use if I send video via kodi installen in a osmc raspberryphi 3.
As far as I know using use libFakeEDID is the last option, is better modify it via player, isnt it?

My idea is thassthought the ac3/dts sound provided by kodi via HDMI, is it possible? I've read in a post that wonly work with tv source (not external one) but I'm not sure

1. Your firmware name contains MST, so your TV is MST
2. I don't know much about Raspberries, but I'd be surprised if you can't use custom EDID. In such case no need to cheat TV one.
3. "TV source" (and media player) already output surround natively. "Passthrough" means "HDMI audio pass through TV to optical out" so of course the point is to get surround from HDMI, no need for patch otherwise

Is there any manual to how to change EDID value in kodi? What value should I use?

You should search Google, we don't deal with Raspberry here
Also document yourself about EDID and how it behaves exactly.
I just can assure you it's surely not a Kodi option

I have 1 freebox (IPTV provider) connected (through HDMI) to my Samsung 55H6640 (rroted) connected (spif) to a sonos playbar.

I installed fakeEDID and then passthrough :
samyGOso -T -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libFakeEDID.so FAKE
samyGOso -d -T -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libHDMIpassthru.so
samyGOso -d -r -A -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libHDMIpassthru.so DTS


freebox is configure with passthough on HDMI.
When I force TV to use AC3, sonos keep stating it receive stereo (PCM)
When I force TV to use DTS, sonos state unsupported audio stream so it looks like passthrough is correctly installed but it seem AC3 is not sent to sonos.

Any idea?

Honestly no idea, too many user knowledge dependent parameters are out of my control. If I believe previous reports I even can't be sure it works on H at all
