UE32H6270 switches off and on randomly

Dear All,
After a power cut my UE32H6270 behaving badly:
Is not reacting to any key on the universal remote for any normal commands, nor to the "control joystick" on the back of the tv.
Is switching off and on automatically every 20 to 50 seconds or so.
Holding the TV button on the remote will switch tv off, but then turns on again right away.
I can start the service menu with INFO ? MENU ? MUTE ? POWER (yes, that works with the remote), but then I cannot select any options and the tv exits the service menu after a couple of seconds.
All was working fine before power cut, but I programmed the Universal Remote to control my cable box as well.
Cannot have remote service from Samsung, since I cannot get into the menu to find respective details.
Anyone, any idea what to do?
