need help with MBO 40B650T2WXXH

Hello to all!!!
My 40B650 (with sammygo) just start to reboot cycle, without showing picture on screen.
Red led blink about 20 times and then pause 2 -3 sec, and again blink 20 times ................
So i need MBO!!!
