Hello guys.

I have a LE37B530
I have access to the service menu where i can change the model and type
I can choose a higher model version like B650.
When i change to that i dont see any new functions.

So i thought maybe a firmware upgrade would do.
My idea was to use the firmware of the 650 which is around 1500% bigger as the firmware of 530

What do you think. Could it upgrade to full version if 650?
And what are thy type settings for? Which one is the right one?

I tried it by the way.
The update file doesnt get recognized guys.

or buy the newer model right away, lol.
That was not a purpose. Many times the boards are similar or even the same so you can change feature set by setting up in the service menu.
But in this case i already assumed it wont work. The update file for 530 is around 5mb whereas the file for 550 is 40-70mb
