My Samsung UN32EH4000 lost audio because change to earphone mode and the menu have not option active to change it. I made upgrade from T-MST9IBRC-1004.0 to T-MST9IBRC-1016.0 and was working pretty. What can I do??? Sombody can help me???

Unplug earphones? (more seriously plug then unplug any)
Otherwise, did you try to "reset sound" in sound menu?

Already I made that. Too in the Service I reset and not work. It put the earphone icon and if you connect the earphone can ear the sound but the option to change to speaker mode is grayed.

No idea then. Option being greyed out when earphone is plugged is normal behavior.
