Strange defect (2nd tv)

I have a troubles with my ue32h5500 ( "FirmwareVersion": "T-MST14DEUC-2710.3",) before smart view on win7 was working but after fcking update 26xx->2710.3 not more works;
in smartview (as client) and selected the TV (as server) for broadcast the 2nd TV option its stux on loading image, after 20-30 secs shows
"unable to show tv because TV statuc has changed."
some times the source where stays TV/Ext/HDMI etc shows only "Unknown", but the remote control is working again the same thing with the source there; i dont know the reason for doing it, but reset nor setup fix the source selection temp.. i've tell about that problem and she starts to telling me the functions of the TV
later after reset that she make from srv menu remotely (+seening my screen ), tells me on the phone will tell on upper level and to wait 2-3 days 
... for now nothing from them;
Before in my network in other devices's section has 4 devices now are 3 only, maybe these can be the reason ?
Service menu is available;
No matter cable or wifi connection;
router is mikrotik, all local stream is allowed;
If any one have an idea or same problem, share it;
