I want to root my new smart tv, I have to pay here? Also if my smart tv is with firmware T-MST14DEUC-2740.6? Is it possible if I pay?

Now I have disable otn, but after... so the tv upgrade to version 2740.6! I want to pay for root and install oscam, but I think it isn't possible...
